Today’s world automobile production plant is an active assembly point where skilled workers and robotic systems bring together all the necessary components to create a final product in time.
From stamping process & welding process Chassis (welded frame structure) a baseline component is prepared & attached to a conveyor that moves along a production line. The chassis moves along the production line where all other parts are attached which includes engine, front & rear suspension, gas tank, transmission, drive shaft, gearbox, steering box, wheel drums & braking system. Once integrated it moves into a secondary process body prepared with floor pan, panels & welded floor structure all done with robotic machines.
Thereafter inspection of the body for any dents, abrasives or other deformation by skilled workers is done. Then the painting process is done with a primer & undercoat process in the paint booth which is critical where compressed air is the most important carrier which must be of quality and quantity.
