Qualification: B. E in Instrumentation & Control Or Electronics & Communications Or B.Sc with MBA in Marketing or International Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback both nationally and internationally. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities, including cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, road shows and presentations to educate customers on our products and services.
- Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, contracts, and agreements in collaboration with the sales team and management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support, marketing, tendering team and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
- Generating & Developing Channel business.
- Develop sales funnel for greater business development.
- Develop and maintain Distributor / Dealer Channel and have joint visits for product promotion.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.

- Travel extensively to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct on-site visits as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial instrumentation, process automation, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of technical products and solutions, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to customers.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India as required.
