Experience: 1 to 5 years of relevant experience
Qualification: B.E. in Instrumentation & Control, Electronics & Communications, or B.Sc. in Electronics
Responsibilities:
- Proposal & Tender Management
- Preparing proposals and tenders for engineering projects.
- Work with Engineers and Managers to ensure proposals are accurate.
- Edit and review technical documents like proposals and reports.
- Compile bid documents and ensure timely submission.
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams during the tender process.
- Sales Order Process
- Process sales orders from receipt to delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, logistics) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor order status and keep customers updated on progress.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records of orders.
- Address any issues or delays in the sales order process.
- Payment Follow-up
- Follow up with clients for timely payments and outstanding invoices.
- Coordinate with finance to ensure payment collection is aligned with company policies.
- Communicate with customers regarding payment status and resolve any payment-related issues.
- General Tasks
- Track proposal and tender status and report progress.
- Coordinate with vendors and other departments as needed.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of tendering, proposal preparation, sales order processing, and payment follow-up.
